Applying Adjustments

This dialog is selected from the

A/RA/R

A/R view Apply Adjustments [B] button.

Adjustments can be posted anytime to a customer account.

APPLY ADJUSTMENTS DIALOG

1 Adjustment Date

Set the date of the adjustment amount to be posted.

2 Adjustment Reason

Displays buttons with user-defined adjustment reasons. A reason can be

either a credit (-) or charge (+) to the account. Adjustments appear on

printed statements.

3 Numeric Pad & Display

Used for touch screen amount entry and display of the entered amount.

4 Process Buttons

Cancel [Esc]—Exits function back to

A/R view.

Finish [F12]Finish [F12]

Finish [F12]—Posts adjustment to the selected customer account.
